James was very professional and soon diagnosed the problem on my hybrid car. James was appologetic in that the particular fix could only be carried out at a BMW dealership. This was subsequently confirmed by BMW who also confirmed that the original diagnosis was correct. Thanks James

He got into the job straight away on arrival, changed the timing belt, water pump and spark plugs, the car runs like a dream.
