Chami was great - as was his colleague. They just got on with the job with no fuss. Even looked at a couple of unrelated things for me.

Chami is a great guy and a great mechanic. He let me know what was going on, went out of his way to solve problems (not of his making). Comms were spot on, and he was honest and cheerful.

Charnal more than lived up to expectation. He called when he was on his way giving me notice of his arrival. He was very prompt arriving at the beginning of the time-slot. He proceded with the diagnstic check and wanted to show me all the codes that were being logged by the ECU reader and talk me through them. Clearly he cares about his work and I was very happy with his manner. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again or recommend to a friend.
