I had some concerns, not about the mechanic personally, but about the quality of the procedure he was operating with. It seems as if he was given the job at short notice because the 2 hour arrival time was nearly exhausted. As a result, he started the journey without the new battery and had to return to get it, Additionally he had left his main tools at the garage, necessitating another return to the garage to collect the tools he needed.......I suspect incomplete communication as he was efficient once he got started, he did a good job.

Collected my car, explained everything then carried out the work at the garage. Returned my car having done the work arranged. Explained that something else had shown up as faulty so need to get a quote from them to get that sorted another time.
All in all pleased with the service and will use again
