My Toyota Rav4 clutch replacement was not repaired properly. The gearbox is not screwed on all the bolts that attach it to the engine. There are missing plugs in the clutch housing. The air filter housing is broken at the base. The car gets vibrations when driving at 30mph. The use of my car after repair is life threatening and road safety. I have taken photos which show the lack of bolts and no repair of my Toyota Rav4. The car was not repaired, but damaged and returned to me after a week of time, where the valuation included 8 hours of clutch repair time.

Wez done a great job on replacing the clutch on my car. He phoned me to arrange to pick my car up as it wouldnt drive, and kept me informed about the progress of the work on my car. All in all I am pleased with the work done by Wez and good communication.

What I find annoying is, when you go to a garage, they do not check your bank account to check funds are in, I was already not happy about doing this with my bank details, when the job is done you pick your car up and make payment, not with these, that alone is annoying and off putting, thar is why I took 2 times to agree with payment, 2nd thing it's done on your front, no its not, depends on the job, which I did not see.
My real issue is you taking previous payment before job is done, a normal garage does not do that, people will be put off with this action. ....
