Kris had staffing issues on the day of the repair, but was in touch first thing to arrange an alternative time. The work was completed quickly and as requested. Highly recommended.

Prior to booking I had asked if my car Digital Service Record would be updated. My reply was "It shouldn't be a problem." Chris now tells me that he cannot do this. Is there anything you can do to help? Also will I get a copy of what has been done in the service?

Not mad keen on the "deoderiser" squirted into car. Perhaps one less heavy ? Pine or light disinfectic ?

This was the best experience I had with a mechanic in all aspects of the job.

Was able to give me a detailed quote. However I found myself calling to get the information and never got my car back when promised. Had to collect the car myself.
