Nissan Pulsar Major Service

He was late and offered no explanation for this. Your estimate to complete a major service is 1.75 hours, he was finished in less than half of this time. He wasn't unfriendly but I certainty didn't feel that he was customer focussed. I'm particularly upset because I recommended Click Mechanical to my Brother and this same mechanic failed to turn up for their first appointment and was late for the rearranged time. Plus, I felt a little bit ripped off by this experience. I would use Click Mechanic again but would not use RLC mobile mechanics again. In my opinion they are not good ambassadors for your company.

Thank you for your review I’m sorry that we had to arrange your due to traffic issues and we wouldn’t have made it in time before you had work I would like to say customer focus is one our priority as company ie when we was Supplied the wrong air filter for your vehicle our mechanic sourced located and fitted within your appointment time and this why we running 10 minutes late to brother I’m sorry felt our customer was not up to scratch we look to try and improve this

It was a pleasure to meet Regularly Rob who is a very polite and knowledgeable mechanic. Through no fault of his own, the wrong part had been supplied to him but did not hesitate to go out to buy the correct one needed.
Gave some great advice and did am impeccable job with no mess left.
Would definitely use Robs services again and recommend.
