Ben was excellent at keeping me informed of arrival time, was punctual, tidy and carried out the work to an excellent standard. He was very friendly and courteous, and happy to take a look at any other concerns I had with the car. He replaced all the break pads without any issues at all, gave me advice on how to bed them in, and highlighted a tyre showing signs of wear. I would highly recommend Ben.

Friendly and informative. Talked me through everything he did with the car and gave lots of advice on other repairs my car needed. He provided photographic evidence and gave an extensive report on the condition of any worn out parts. Very easy and convenient service and I'll definitely be using it from now on.
