Very friendly job was not really up to standard would expect with track rod end change at that price would involve tracking done a simple adjustment myself for now to get or drivable mechanic should at least set it by eye no 30 degrees off sorry but your paying customers

Sorry to hear you’re unhappy. I just want to clarify what was done. We replaced both the track rod and tie rod, so there were no old marks left to align with. I did explain at the time that tracking would be required, and you said dont do it i do after the shock replacement. I also mentioned in your car health report that the steering wheel is off and that tracking is needed.
