Ford Focus CC Timing belt replacement

Ryan was great. I have been planning to do this job myself in the Autumn but unfortunately due to an illness have not been able to do so. As a result I was able to discuss the job with Ryan and it was obvious he knew exactly how to do the cambelt change. It couldn't have been easier, no taxi to and fro the garage and no waiting. I will definitely use Ryan and ClickMechanic again.

SEAT Ibiza Heater blower motor replacement

While the heater problem has been fixed, since returning my car to me it now has further electrical problems that were not the case prior to the mechanic receiving my car. I am now having to take my car to another mechanic to have it fixed properly.
Reply from Ryan:
This car was picked up with a blower motor fault
On arrival I noticed that the brake lights were permanently on and I added this fault to the app when I took it to work
so I took the car away anyway and fixed the blower motor fault as requested
After completion of this job I noted the faults and returned the car where the customer was not home
I have then received a message saying that this car did not have these extra faults but it clearly did
Fitting a new blower motor would not make brake lights stay on or leave a traction control light on
I have advised the customer that this is probably as simple as a brake light switch and it was throwing the light on to show that there was a fault
These cars also put this light on when steering Angeles are not correct and this car pulled to the right and steering was off central but also advised this
So before I’ve even talked to the customer I’ve been given this in my eyes a very unfair review but still was happy to look at these faults
I’ve done lots of jobs for ClickMechanic and have never had a problem thanks Ryan .
