Steve was really good. He phoned to confirm the appointment and listened carefully to my non mechanical explanations. He arrived on time and was really friendly. Unfortunately the wrong part was selected but he cheerfully went off and changed it. My car is now running well thanks to a new alternator. I would wholeheartedly recommend him and clickmechanic to everyone.

Stephen was terrific, i couldn't be happier with my whole experience with click mechanic and Stephen. I phoned him prior to booking being authorised for some clarification. He patiently answered all questions, arrived on time on the day , clearly explained what he will do and fixed it all under an hour's time. He explained what was done and gave necessary closing advise. I had booked him for replacing alternator and alternator belt. He found that belt was fine and replaced just the alternator saving me money on my original booking. All without leaving home so I was able to manage it whilst working from home. Steve is great, he showed me exactly what was wrong with the car and exactly how he was going to fix it. He made sure to check when I next needed to use the car and made sure it was all sorted in plenty of time!
