The mechanic arrived a little later than he expected, due the parts supplier only having one of the items available. He had to wait until the other had arrived. He texted me to let me know about this. He phoned me to let me know he had arrived at my car. He stayed a little longer working on my car than he anticipated due to some bolts being awkward to undo. He was extremely friendly and courteous. I have taken my car out for a drive and all seems to be ok. I have not carried out a visual check at this current time.

Stephen was punctual, friendly and polite.

Steve was on time despite the fact my house is usually not easy to find. He was friendly kept me informed of what was happening as he needed to fetch more tools for the job. Came equipped with the part I needed and had the job done in no time at all plus jump started my vehicle which wasn’t part of the original issue. Very happy with the service as I was able to to do a job interview over the phone while he worked.

Steve was on time and explained everything and answered all my questions.
