Andrew was great, he kept me in the loop about arrival time and carried out the work promptly and well. Very happy with the service provided.

Adam was late inn arriving due to weather and road traffic but contracted me and gave me a revised time. He arrived at that time. I explained how I had tried to slave start the battery and nothing and told him to replace the battery and check it all works. He completed the job within 30 minutes and showed me it working. The following day I drove the vehicle round the block to ease off the brakes as it had not moved for nearly 2 months. My car is working as normal

Adam was prompt and worked within estimated times. Couldn't knock the service.

Excellent Service. The mechanic was great and friendly. He kept me informed all the time, explained in detail what was wrong and what he had done to 'make it work'. Only charged me for the time spent doing the repair, not a minimum of an hour etc.

Really happy with the quality of work undertaken by Adam. He was really focused and didnt cut corners. His communication was very good and showed me anything of concern or for my knowledge.

This was my first experience of using ClickMechanic and I am unable to find any fault at all with the service I received. Booking an MOT and full service online was very easy and Adam the mechanic was very friendly and impressed me by the efficient way he dealt with everything that had to be done. To have my car collected and delivered was extremely convenient for me and I'm glad I chose this company to do the job.

Adam was very good. Did his best to get the car working again. But the key remote has lost its coding. He fitted the new battery up. Gave me a name for another company, a Mobile Auto Locksmith. I found one closer to home. Its an ongoing problem at the moment. I now have to have an Auto-Electrician to come out to sort out something else on the car & then have the Auto Locksmith back again & maybe I'll have my car sorted out before Christmas!
& I would recommend Click-Mechanic to others.

You could not fault Adam. He turned up bang on 8am. Serviced the car outside my house and took for and MOT up the road. Fast, efficient and reliable. Thanks very much!
