John called me on the day the booking was confirmed to check whether there were any particular issues with the car and to arrange pick-up. On the day he arrived as agreed, was in contact during the day as needed and returned the car MOT-ed and serviced by the evening. Would highly recommend him and look forward to taking back my car in a year's time - hopefully not sooner!

The cost was exactly as quoted in advance. Emailed a checklist of all the work carried out. Would not hesitate to recommend.
