Dave was brilliant- offered me earlier time slots and kept me informed of exactly when he'd be arriving. Knew straight away what was wrong with my car and gave me a full explanation of what it meant and what it meant and what my options were. In my case, an MOT testing centre blew my engine, so it wasn't suitable at that time to arrange repair with Dave, but I would have no hesitation at all in using Dave or Clickmechanic again, excellent service.

I felt confident in his knowledge an efficiency. This is what I miss when dropping a vehicle off at a garage, receptionists often know nothing, it is good to be able to talk to and ask questions of the one who is actually doing the job. I was very satisfied with the result.
