He was friendly but cudnt tell me what any of the results meant or what issues were just said I now need to find an auto electrician so to me a waste of time

Francis was punctual and polite.
He connected my car to the diagnostic system and confirmed that the issue was with my Headlamp Leveling Control Module Front Axle Sensor. The job took no more than 10 minutes.
However, what confused me was that he did not offer furter repair even though ClickMechanic site offers range of repairs one way or another.
I was advised to take my car to "any good garage" where they will be able to replace this sensor for me.
Not sure how today's exercise helps me - if I took the car to the garage originally they would also diagnose the issue, so from my point of view it was a waste of time and £65.

Francis was excellent. He arrived within the given time frame, done the diagnostic test and drove around with the car. He done all he was supposed to and I was given an answer to the problem. Issue fixed on visit by doing a reset on my engine and didn't charge extra for it. Was friendly and polite.

I'm not happy with the work done because the mechanic didn't spend too much time finding and trying to fix the problem. I rate my competences as very low, I guess I have never dealt with car electronics before, his tools were unprofessional. he couldn't properly diagnose the problem and left me with nothing.

It was my first experience with Fran and would definitely recommend. Friendly and knowledgeable, picked the car at the time stated and did the repairs with no fuss. Will definitely use again

Fran, did a excellent job on my wheel bearing replacement, putting the effort in to work with the old corroded hub swivel. These parts would have cost £365 each from Peugeot.
