Marc was fantastic! He arrived perfectly on time, was very friendly and approachable and got to work on the diagnostic inspection straight away. When he had diagnosed the issue, I said that I already had the part (heater control valve) to be fitted and so he said he would do it for me there and then. Diagnosed and repaired in barely an hour!
