Mark was GREAT! Extremely professional! He identified an issue that was missed by a previous mechanic, fix the issue and everything is running smoothly.

Marc texted me before hand and told me what time he was going to be within the allotted two hour time slot and he arrived exactly the time he said he would. I found him knowledgeable and friendly, giving a clear and easy to understand explanation of the work he was about to carry out which he did diligently and professionally, going beyond just the allocated work by doing a full diagnostic check on the car and giving invaluable advice on how to proceed in the future if additional repairs need to be carried out. I'm more than happy with the works he carried out!
