Land Rover Freelander Brake pads replacement - front (all)

Mike was later than planned but did ring me and tell me as it was the fault of the parts delivery company. When he did arrive he was polite friendly and professional and got on with fixing my brakes in really good time. I had no issues mike was great and i have no problem in using him or recommending him in the future.

Honda Jazz Diagnostic Inspection

I ended up getting a second opinion from an alternative garage and my diagnosis from Click Mechanic was totally false. I was told my alloy was damaged which there is no sign of & it's suspected that loose wheel nuts were causing me problems. This means I wasted this money on the Click Mechanic diagnosis and spent time trying to fix a problem that didn't exist. It's caused weeks of stress for no reason. Having to rethink my use of Click Mechanic. I have had some great mechanics out but this time I felt let down and the unpredictability of who you will get it a gamble.

Porsche Panamera Standard Pre-purchase Inspection

As this was an inspection of a distant vehicle at which I wasn't present, it's hard to answer this question.
However, Sean was certainly friendly, courteous and knowledgeable on the 'phone and in writing.
He was particularly good at keeping me informed when there was a timing issue that he had to deal with (unexpectedly heavy traffic en route to the job).
