Vauxhall Corsa Oil sump/pan replacement

Still had a oil leak after a week got told it must something else leaking. Contacted Ross again and still the same it’s not his workmanship Now it’s very bad had to drop it into a garage and the sump gasket has given up and the oil is pouring out

Hello Ian,
Sorry to hear this, I never actually said it wasn’t my fault I asked you if you were 100% sure as to where the leak was coming from and you never responded. I assumed after this it was all okay.
You did message me on the Sunday just gone I do apologies not for replying on the Sunday but I do have other responsibilities and I normally reply to customers the following week, but due to being extremely busy I must have missed the message.
Has the issue been fixed would you like me to amend the issue because obviously the parts are under warranty?
