Michael was very very good and explained everything he was going to do. Was happy to answer my questions on other car issues, nothing was to much trouble. It's my 2nd time using this service and it won't be the last.

Excellent mechanic and very friendly

First he was supposed to come on Friday so I left work earlier to be at home on time, when I called him he said he was mistaken and thought that he was supposed to come on Saturday. I thought that is all right, that can happen. So he promised to call me on Saturday morning to arrange the time he could come, he didn´t call till 11 so I called him and finally he came. He did the diagnostics and promised to let me know what was wrong, but I did not hear from him for 3 days so I called him on Wednesday and finally on Thursday I got the answer that I need to change the fuel suction pump valve. So I got the valve and on Friday I called him if he would like to come to change it, if he would have time on Saturday, he said yes and that he will give me a call soon to arrange the time. I haven´t heard from him since then and I tried to call him and he doesn´t answer.
He is seemed like nice guy but unfortunatelly very flaky. Read more
