Keith, the Clickmechanic who fitted a new oil pump on my car, was punctual, friendly and very knowledgeable. I had asked him a question before the job via text and he replied promptly. Very pleased, job completed quickly and no problem since, great service.

Not happy with the condition he left my car in. The Mechanic Keith arrived on time and started to replace the throttle cable on my BMW 328i, however before long it started to rain. The rain continued and became very heavy so it wasn't ideal for working in. The engine covers were removed but not properly replaced after the work. One of the nuts was just sitting in the hole and hadn't been screwed onto the bolt so the engine cover was not secure, also 2 of the pastiic caps that cover the nuts had not been replaced and were lost, i now have to buy some new ones. The engine compartment was really clean before the work but was left very dirty after the repair, which i wouldn't had taken issue with because of the rain been so bad. But what was inexcusable was the interior of my car. My seats are leather and were very clean as was the rest of the interior (I take pride in my car). The front seat the door panel and dashboard were left with dirty oil marks over them. The mechanics response to all of these issues was unsatisfactory. He said he hadn't noticed the dirt, which was clear to see on the cream interior. He said he doesn't understand about the missing engine caps which most definitely were nowhere to be found in the car or in the area where the repair was carried out.

What an amazing brilliant service. Brake pads and discs needed urgently. gAragebquoyes were a lot higher. He came at the time allotted, he called, went down to meet him on my works car park to give him my key. Went back to work. He did the job. Called me when done. No money exchanged as price was set previously online. Great because I am a female driver and always apprehensive when going to a garage.
