Mick was great. Not only was I able to book the repair in less than 24 hours from my request, but the cost was lower than expected and he replaced my caliper in less than an hour. The car was not driveable due to the lockup and it was only off road for a day. Fantastic service.

Michael was great. Managed to get the car fully inspected, in spite of a rainstorm of biblical proportions. He found a few minor issues, and he sent me photos of them. When I rang the garage the next morning, they already had the car in dock to get them sorted. Michael's report gave me sufficient confidence to progress with purchasing the vehicle, even though I haven't seen it myself as I live too far away.
