Michael was absolutely brilliant, diagnosed the problem quickly and resolved the issue. This car belongs to my 17 year old son and he gave us lots of tips on simple maintenance jobs to keep the car running well. We will definitely use Michael again for any repairs required. He was not able to make the initial appointment due to unexpected, heavy snow but he kept me fully up-to-date and made a further appointment for first thing the next day...battling some icy roads to get to me on that day!
