Fantastic customer service. He was polite, friendly, professional and helpful. After diagnosing the problem, I said I would try to repair it myself. He then went the extra mile, and talked me through how to do it and common mistakes to avoid.

Mike was very thorough and fast, he called me as soon as the inspection was done and gave me a easy to understand evaluation of the vehicle as well as some very helpful advise about this type of vehicle in general. Absolutely top class service.
