Mick was amazing despite the terrible news that my car has suffered serious damage through no fault of my own. He was punctual (in fact early) and knew his stuff. Polite and gave me some good advice despite me starting to turn into a shaking wreck. I have no hesitation in recommending him to my friends local to his area.
