Paul was great, came early, talked me through everything, changed the spark plugs in no time.

Paul turned up on time and explained the whole process. Unfortunately the parts were not compatible with my Ford so the repair remained incomplete. He was clearly solution oriented and explained the possible next steps to get my heater blower working again.
