Paul was terrific and I could not find any one better. Totally happy with the work he did.

He phoned first thing and asked if he could come earlier - I said the earlier the better. He arrived at 10:30.

Unfortunately the parts company had given him the wrong part. We had to wait over 3 hours for the correct part.

When it arrived he fitted it very quickly and it worked properly.

This is the first time I have used this service and couldn’t be happier. Paul was possibly going to run slightly late which he kept me informed about and was understandable as we booked late Saturday night so he didn’t know the availability of parts until our time slot had opened. He was, however, still well within the time slot and communication about this potential delay was excellent.

The work carried out was to a great standard and Paul explained what he was doing and showed us where the problem was which was reassuring and confirmed that the work being carried out was what was expected
