The mechanic came on time and quickly saw that there was not an oil leak but some stuff had been kicked up under the car and was just running off onto the drive and looked oil. So he done his job however I did feel that another mechanic would have maybe said that as I've only been here 10mins I won't charge the full amount. Can't complain as he did what he came to do however next time I won't be using click mechanic and will advise my friends and colleagues also to avoid and find a local garage.

Pre inspection carried out as requested. This was a next day booking and mechanic was punctual.

Sam was really great. He fully explained to me what he had done and the cause of the problem itself. He was spot on.

Advised on the day that may be late, but did actually arrive within the agreed time slot. Started work immediately and worked efficiently. When a problem arose, he asked if I wanted it fixed and advised how much more time it would be and the estimated extra cost. He was polite, efficient and friendly.
I will use ClickMechanic again when necessary and hope that anyone sent will be as good as this one.

Sam was great, he was helpful and trustworthy. Carried out the inspection and put my mind at ease. He seemed very knowledgeable about my car and gave quite a few options which made me feel confident that he wanted the best for me.

Only issue we had was we had no way of upgrading the booking seeing as the offices were shut on the Saturday. No fault of Sam though!

Very easy, smooth and very prompt service at reasonable price. Mechanic also was able to take on my own individual requirements and concerns associated with the vehicle prior to inspection. Called before & straight after inspection, with report emailed on completion. Will definitely use again.
