Very happy with the work that’s been carried out, he was always keeping me updated, definitely would recommend

I had a dpf clean and service booked.
Arrival time between 0800 and 1000 the mechanic arrived at 10am.
The car was taken away, it would have been nice to have that communicated if it was going to be done at home or on the drive.
The service was done and the dpf was cleaned but the light saying it needs to be done on my dash board is still on so in my mind the job is not fully completed.
Over all I did get a text and call during the day with an update but fundamentally the job was not fully completed as the light is still on and I have to get someone else to turn it off to get through the mot.

I'm happy with the service provided! I was given plenty of notice about a delayed start time and the mechanic was friendly and helpful on arrival.

Although the car has passed the MOT, I am concerned about the issues listed that need dealing with.

Very knowledgable, punctual & good communication throughout. Found unexpected extra fault and told me beforehand so I could consent to the repair and extra work involved. Car delivered back same day as planned.

Nevzat was really helpful, he kept me informed at all times about the repairs that needed to be completed, and he also explained why the repairs needed to be completed.

My car was picked up from home, the service and MOT were completed and the car was dropped back home again. They could not have made it any easier.
