Luke is a skilled mechanic who was kind and punctual, and he promptly provided the report, aiding me in making an informed purchase decision. While I have some constructive feedback, it is likely more directed towards the clickmechanic.com website than Luke. For example, I wish the process of booking a mechanic's arrival time was more straightforward and did not allow for a date and time I didn't choose. Additionally, I would appreciate a comment section in the report to elaborate on why the "car driving test" was scored as good rather than excellent, as it could mean anything. I also believe the back door key and lock weren't thoroughly checked, as the key broke in half the day after I bought the car, and now I have to figure out how to fix it without paying an additional £200. Overall, the experience with Luke was good enough. But not so with clickmechanic.com (the website is confusing and, at times, misleading, giving an impression of higher mechanics' availability than reality). Read more

i needed on site service and l was pleased that Luke was able to do the work in the xmas period , he was quick and tidy and friendly .
