Neil was excellent, quick efficient, informative, very pleased. Diagnostic proved very helpful.

The guys from J&L did a great job with my suspension bushes - they had a problem with a new part that broke whilst fitting it, but they went off and got a replacement and were back again in an hour to complete the work. I'll be booking them to do my brakes and clutch too! Highly recommended!

J&L were very friendly and knowledgable, It was pouring with rain on the day they were expected and to be quite honest, I thought they may have canceled, but no, they turned up and completed the job!

They were really friendly, but they’re carried out different job what I booked for. So I was charged for more money than I should pay for this service. I have spoken with Liam about this, and he said more work needs to be done, and have a quote for that, they gonna reduces from that price, because I was charged more for the work what they done for me. Hopefully all gonna be sort it out soon.

Very knowledgeable, told me exactly what was wrong with my car and why it was happening. Fair price and rebooked to carry out the work needed.

Liam was polite, friendly and professional. He was running a bit behind and was kind enough to call me on advance to let me know. Which I was okay with.
Once here he got on with the job with no fuss and was very quick. At the end he updated me on any bits he thought might need doing.

Overall very good service and would be happy to recommend and use Liam again. (He had a colleague with him who was also just as good but I didnt get his name)

Liam is very friendly
On time arrived and he changed my Volkswagen Golf MK5 clutch.
