Jamie was an amazing highly knowledgeable mechanic came earlier than planned to fix my car and did the job in less than an hour but didn’t rush took his time to check my car and tell me what else needed fixing.

Jamie was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He assured me that the fault was probably down to a faulty 6 year old unhealthy stop start battery.

Telephoned in advance of expected arrival time to update with a more precise ETA. Was friendly and very courteous. On completing the service he gave a thorough verbal feedback and was happy to answer my questions; giving clear and easy to understand technical summaries. Took photos of the relevant points made in the feedback and completed service log without need for a reminder. Really pleased with the service and would definitely reccomend.
