Jamie was great he changed the battery and completed a health check, as further work is needed we have booked Jamie again.

The work I commissioned was a pre purchase inspection. I spoke with the mechanic on the day upon which I received it and he helpfully and knowledgeably answered all my questions.
I would also commend the fact that I was notified as soon as the report was available. Communication was excellent throughout the process.

Ok , where do I start...I am super impressed ! Let me start from the very beginning from me booking.... I was very anxious as I suffer with bad anxiety , I sent jaime a messege explaining what was wrong with car and how anxious I was, withings a minute I got a phone call, from a super calming friendly jaime, he reassured me , explained the whole process , I instantly felt relief, the fact he took time out to make sure I wasnt worried meant more than you know, he then kept me in the know with time he'd be arriving etc, on arrival jaimie was super polite, and my god super fast! Both front breaks and pads done in lightening time! I can not stress enough how happy I am. I will 100 percent use Jamie again and I HIGHLY recommend him to anyone. Jamie and his other guy turned up on time gave an ETA 1 hour before. Quick to diagnose trustworthy and instead of trying to get money out of me they gave me an honest answer and told me how to go about the solution and offered to do the job once I have the parts which will be the easiest way offered extra advise aswell for free would use again and recommend highly
