Jamie carried the job well. There is just a bit of criticism on their lack of communication. After doing their job, they just knocked and informed me and my partner that the job was done. We had to sort of stop them leaving (as they were already in their car) to ask if it is possible to see the break pads they took out from my car, this is just for us to understand why my car is making lots of noise when breaking and to see how much damage is on it. Jamie could have taken a bit of time to do all this voluntarily after all it is part of the service fee we paid.
