Just brilliant, buying a car that I couldn’t view before picking up date, they put my mind at ease. The report was great and the photos provided within the report were fantastic. The communication through the chat was spot on and I even managed to speak to the mechanic direct on the phone. The service I received was top class, and I will be spreading the word also. Fred was very friendly, polite and punctual. He was obviously knowledgeable but the thing that stood out most was that he was open about all the work, and wasn’t looking to rip me off, including suggesting cheaper alternatives to a few smaller jobs that my car required

Fred managed to successfully diagnose my issue and order a part. My car was not making boost from the turbo meaning the car was way underpowered, the boost intake clip was missing so the car couldn't make boost
