Nicholas was beyond amazing, arrived promptly and just got on with the repair, his communication was second to none and kept me fully updated as the day went on, and as for the weather he had to endure ………. Brilliant first class service thank you

Nicholas arrived on time, was polite and carried out the work in what can only be described as very poor weather conditions. Nicholas told me what he was going to do and then after the job was complete showed me all the parts which had been changed.
