Michal was very friendly and easy to talk to about any issues or questions I had with the job of replacing my window regulator on my bmw , arrived in good time and got on with the job and completed the job faster than quoted and made sure the part was working correct and I was happy before putting parts back together fully , only ran into one issue in wich the motor was then worn down due to the damaged regulator wearing it down , advised I’d need a new motor . Would recommend him :)
