Honda Civic Glow plugs replacement no 2,4 as the other two are stuck

Michal was as always efficient.
Was a change of glow plugs, unfortunately only two would come out ( one of which was the faulty one) . Michal said if we tried to get the others out they would likely break and cause more unnecessary expense.
The original price was changed to reflect this without me needing to ask.
Michal is a top mechanic and extremely honest and trustworthy.
Have usef him several times now and will certainly use again when needed.

Has worked on 3 different cars for me a d really knows his stuff.
I've been doing cars for about 10 years specifically for Vehicle Mechanical, Electrical and Trim (MET) Technician last 2.5 years.
Had lots of training in recent VW group technology so that’s my main skill. I can do most of brands services, repairs, diagnostic, inspections have quite good access level for bmw cars. Now training to be an EV technician.
