Very professional. He found an extra fault and came back to fix the car.

The mechanic called my mobile phone beforehand as requested and was very polite. He got to my vehicle on time and proceeded to confirm with me what I thought was wrong. He then requested to take the vehicle for a test drive in order to experience the noise himself so he could get a better idea of what was going on.

One he had brought the vehicle back he knew exactly where the noise was coming from and what it was likely to be and proceeded to explain what he was doing as he was doing it. He was very efficient and knew exactly what he was doing.

I asked him other questions about the car while he was busy and he was more than happy to answer them while he was fixing my vehicle.

Greg was delayed due to delay in the delivery of parts, not his fault. He was extremely knowledgeable and worked efficiently. He disposed of the old parts and road tested before handing over the car. I will use this service again based as I was very happy with the service.
