BMW 5 Series MOT with collection & delivery

The work yes but tried to ring phone numbers left in emails ALL unrecognised. We both tried many times to contact mechanic to let them know where the car was parked plus info on key exchange, had zero interaction. V poor, never using this service again but I’m sure don’t give a sh*t!!

I belive your review is uncalled for we have had numerous app chat exchanges plus you changed the collection address and I can show you call logs where I tried to contact you 7 times while sat looking for your car at the new address...
I belive you've had a great service collection of vehicle mot tested then dropped back off all in the space of 2 hours ? I also think your choice of language is disgusting and will take note to never undertake work for you or your son again.
