The car was taken yesterday, they promised me the car would be returned by 5pm TODAY, the money has been taken from my account, online it Show that the job is complete, BUT the mechanic's manager Joseph has informed me that the job is not finished my car is in still in pieces AT the garage and they received the wrong ordered parts, and I'm now not happy because it needs another day there which is 3 days it's been gone I would not have used them if I was aware it would take so long
Very good with the work, he made me aware of what would happen and that it would be ready in 2 days but called to say there was a problem with the part..

We used the parts selected be click mechanic.
We did change all the parts like we have previously said to you we have cctv recording the garage at all time. Your more then welcome to come and watch.
The parts were selected by either you or click mechanic so if you selected cheap parts that's none of our business.

Clutch replacement, oil filter and change all within few hours.
Terrible they took my car and then did not communicate. They turned their phone off and did not answer emails. They did not follow up on issues once i got my car back.
It was great to have the car picked up and dropped off. I am very happy with the repair they carried out on the exhaust. Will use them again. Thank you!

Our Rover 75, is 20 years old and had been SORN since 2012. Danny who came to collect her was magical in helping my husband getting her out of the garage, he felt the history and feelings we have for our Rover 75. Jody at the office was wonderful and worked with me to coordinate the service and repairs for my husband very sympathetic. with the help of Majestic's staff getting the works done quickly including the MOT. Danny surprised my husband when he brought the old girl home, had taken time to get her washed and polished.
