Although he did run late, he phoned in advance to let me know he was running behind as his previous job was more difficult than he first anticipated. He only managed to get 3 out of 4 of my glow plugs out but in all fairness he tried really hard but plug number 4 didn't want to come out and the risk of it snapping was too great. As it wasn't a problematic plug he asked if I wished to pursue it's removal and explained the risk to me and I thought it was best to leave it in place as this was the best option. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and even secured a loose cable someone else left loose which would've caused problems later on for me. All in all I was very satisfied with his work and my engine warning lights are now gone so I'm happy. 5/5 for Tyler and I would certainly not hesitate to use him or click mechanic again. Read more
