Joe was excellent! Always kept me in the loop and was punctual at the address of the vehicle. The thorough inspection was completed in a timely approach and a details follow up call was completed as soon as he left the property. Full written inspect was also sent through and received within the hour.

I found out that the mechanic was not there for a 2 hour appointment, and was done within half of that.

Marks were missed from the car, and the photo's provided were limited and actually didnt show the marks which the mechanic did highlight.

It is also believed that the mechanic didn't jack up the car.

The mechanic did highlight an issue with the car, however and recommend a solution.
