Tadas, due to his first language not being English, referenced several times that “it’s difficult to explain” when trying to explain the fault codes being read on my BMW.

I felt a little lost afterwards, not really sure what to do next - Tadas looked at some forum posts on BMW message boards & read them to me - I was hoping Tadas could have offered me some actions that he could carry out but sadly he just recommended a BMW specialist.

I had to ring the Mechanic one & one half hours
later to find out what was happening.
If there is a problem most people will be patient
if they are informed about what's happening.
After saying that the Mechanic was very polite
and I considered did a good job with the right part.
