Akeil was great, he was in constant communication, before and during the service, very polite and took the time to explain everything to me. Managed to fix our troublesome van, much appreciated!

Akeil was great - v friendly and helpful. Sadly, the work needed was more than I thought (hoped!) and the car needs to go to a garage, but he easily fixed the initial problem and a few others, too.

He checked the status of the battery. Ran diagnostics. Sorted out the alarm system which kept going off.
