He was friendly, helpful, accommodating, took time to patiently explain everything about the process and ensured I understood, he also didn't mind answering every silly question I asked and there were more than a few (my knowledge of cars is just slightly above zero%). I ended up having to text him quite late to ask a question and he actually called back to give his advice and opinions which were very much appreciated.
