When it's dark and drizzly and your car won't start, you really appreciate someone like Akeil turning up with his positive attitude and cheerful demeanour. It turned out my repair needed a spare part he didn't have but he promised I'd be able to get my car home and I did, plus he explained the issue clearly. So I was happy with the experience and would book Akeil again in future
