Car in limp mode due to blocked DPF. Derek was on time, professional, polite and friendly. Explained everything. Excellent communication. Roadside DPF forced regeneration done within an hour. Much quicker than waiting for the garage to fit me in and far more convenient. Many thanks for your advice

The mechanic identified the problem in my vehicle not starting. He go it going but refused to start after being stopped. Looks like a faulty sensor in the automatic gear lever and possibly on the crankcase sensor.
Good work, and hopefully a successful replacement of these parts will result in a permanent solution
