Really helpful guy. Spoke on the phonne and he jumped straight in the van and headed over. Didn't just accept the phone diagnosis, but worked methodically through the data.

Really thorough with the pre car inspection and at explaining the details.

It was important today that Mario was honest. He could have continued to attempt to complete the job, but this could have caused significant damage. It is to his credit that he worked over the quoted time and made sure I fully understood the situation throughout.
