Richard was great, helpful and reliable! Fixed all the issues with the car and made sure everything was secure before leaving.

Richard was extremely professional and proficient. He was going to be late due to obtaining parts but kept me informed at all times.
I was expecting there to be an issue as I do not have a drive but Richard was very accommodating and carried out the rear discs and pads replacement to an excellent standard.
There was an initial concern as the brakes are electronic but he overcame that problem and was able to complete in good time. Thank you

Richard was excellent. Took extra care to ensure my coded radio always had power, when replacing the battery, meaning I didn't have to take it back to a dealer to get it to work again. After the new battery was installed, he took the old one away and waited while I drove down the street and back to ensure everything was ok. Thanks again, could not recommend more warmly. -M

Richard was polite and friendly in his approach ,he was meticulous in carrying out the car service making sure that each item on the check list was completed and making sure that I was happy that all was to my satisfaction. He insisted that I take the car for a test drive at the end of the service before signing off the job to make sure I was 100% satisfied. Very professional and inspired confidence that the work was of a high standard.

Richard was really thorough and came out ahead of time to check the problem and ensure he got the right part.
